Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Rescheduling

You’re always welcome to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice can be refunded (minus processing fees) or can be applied as credit toward a future session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, missed sessions, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late are non-refundable, as this time is reserved specifically for you. If an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out — compassion, understanding and flexibility are always part of the process.
